It can be used wherever there is a need or need to obtain a two-state signal of the position of mechanical elements of equipment, machines or other equipment used, inter alia, in areas endangered by explosion. An exemplary application of the position sensor mounted on the adopter as a belt deviation sensor is shown in the photographs. Adoptor for the position sensor is made for a given application and can be made according to the requirements of the customer. The position sensor can be used in fields (rooms) not in danger of explosion, in methane fields of mining plants in excavations (rooms) classified as „a”, „b” or „c” methane explosion hazard and / or in rooms with coal dust explosion hazard. The position sensor meets the requirements for group I equipment, category M1 and group II.
